50050 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 50050 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering an account or using any services provided by 50050, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time. Please check this page periodically.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 50050 platform, you confirm that you:

  • At least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under applicable local law;
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Not prohibited by local, national, or international law from using online betting or casino services;
  • Using this platform solely for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

50050 reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, at any time and without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the 50050 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before certain transactions can be processed.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
  • Ensuring that no other party uses your account without authorisation;
  • Notify 50050 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.

50050 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 50050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include local internet banking transfers, e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, and other methods listed on the platform.

The terms governing financial transactions are as follows:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method;
  • All deposits are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the system;
  • Withdrawals will be processed within the designated timeframe, depending on the chosen method and the account's verification status;
  • 50050 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with applicable laws;
  • Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or other illicit financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limitations

Users agree not to use the 50050 platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the platform's systems, servers, or networks;
  • Sharing or selling account access to any third party;
  • Using false information or another person's identity during registration or in any dealings with 50050;
  • Engaging in any form of fraud related to betting or gameplay on the platform.

Regarding liability limitations, 50050 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 50050 makes no warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

50050 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual;
  • Suspected or detected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
  • Failure to fulfil identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe;
  • Conduct that undermines the integrity of gameplay or the security of the platform.

Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to full compliance with all verification requirements.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content on the 50050 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 50050 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links: The 50050 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 50050 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access these links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms: 50050 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
